For a long time, I thought being exhausted all the time was just part of having a job and being an ambitious woman. I was dragging myself out of bed, relying on caffeine, pushing through brain fog all day, and crashing the second work was over. I kept telling myself this was just adulthood. That this was normal. That I probably just needed to be more disciplined.
But the truth was, I was burnt out. My body was stuck in stress mode, and no amount of “pushing through” was fixing it. I had to learn how to support my energy in a way that actually worked with a busy 9–5 life, not against it.
When I started focusing on a few simple daily habits, everything began to shift.
A normal Tuesday didn’t feel so heavy anymore. I could get through my workday without constantly reaching for another coffee or rereading the same email over and over.
