I’m Kelsie, a Stress Wellness Expert and founder of Be Balanced Boutique. For years, I lived the same story so many women tell me now — chasing success, saying yes to everything, and quietly burning out behind a professional smile.

It took hitting my own breaking point to realise that balance isn’t something you find, it’s something you build. I began studying stress, emotional regulation, and workplace wellbeing, not just to heal myself, but to understand how women like us can thrive in demanding environments without losing ourselves.

Now, I help women move from burnout to balance, and from self-doubt to self-assurance. My work is rooted in lived experience, evidence-based tools, and a deep belief that calm and confidence are not luxuries, they’re the foundation of sustainable success.

What it’s like to be in my corner

The way I approach this work is simple: we slow things down enough to actually see what’s going on.

Not in a dramatic, life-upending way.

I’m passionate about helping women stop running on empty and start trusting themselves again. I love seeing that moment when someone realises they don’t have to prove their worth anymore — they already have it.

I’m done with hustle culture, guilt-driven productivity, and the idea that rest has to be earned. I’m here for boundaries, balance, and celebrating progress that actually feels good.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me with a cup of tea, walking outside, or planning my next little adventure — the kind that fills you up rather than drains you.

Kelsie Ryan is a Stress Wellness Expert and the founder of Be Balanced Boutique, where she helps ambitious corporate women manage stress, prevent burnout, and build careers that feel both successful and sustainable. Her work focuses on helping women feel calm, confident, and in control of their lives while still advancing professionally — without sacrificing their health, happiness, or sense of self along the way.

After experiencing burnout herself during her years in the corporate world, Kelsie began studying the science of stress, nervous system regulation, and sustainable high performance. What started as a personal journey to recover her own energy and balance quickly became a mission: helping other driven women navigate corporate life in a way that protects their well-being while still supporting their career goals.

Through her coaching, career guidance, and practical tools, Kelsie teaches women how to regulate stress, build healthier work habits, advocate for themselves at work, and approach their careers with greater clarity and confidence. Her philosophy is simple: success should never require constant exhaustion, and ambition and well-being can absolutely coexist.
